Our award-winning chef and Bocuse d’Or winner Geir Skeie had a dream: to bring fresh Norwegian salmon to people all over the world. He imagined a vibrant menu of salmon dishes, packed with delicious international flavours and served to order—fast.
So he shared his dream with two business-savvy friends and the concept was born. A year later we opened our first Pink Fish restaurant in Oslo.
Our motto is ‘Good Food Fast.’ The easy to use app and website make the whole experience seamless and pre-ordering a breeze.
You can pick up your order at a time to suit you, with no queues or waiting, and the added benefit of a customer club offering cash points to spend on future orders.
