Pink Fish is a brand new restaurant chain with Norwegian salmon as its hero. Salmon represents the very best of Norway – fresh, healthy and tasty.
How do you find your recipes?
All our recipes are carefully crafted by Geir Skeie, the world’s best chef! He won Bocuse d’Or in 2009, and has dedicated his life to great food. Geir is one of the Pink Fish founders, and the brain behind our delicious menu. Finally he gets to make food for the masses!
Geir has travelled and tasted his way around the world to find the best flavours and the best suppliers to ensure you will always have an excellent experience with us. Nothing’s left to coincidence at Pink Fish!

Pink Fish is a new Norwegian brand with the excellent Norwegian salmon as its star. We serve great quality food fast, like delicious salads and wraps, burgers and soups with flavours from all over the world.

At Pink Fish we make every dish to order. We work with the best ingredients, and treat them with respect and joy. Perfectly fresh, made just for you!
Is the food healthy?
Salmon is the star of the Pink Fish menu. Salmon is one of the most healthy foods you can eat, bursting with proteins, Omega 3, vitamin D and selenium. Norwegian salmon is the best in the world, and super healthy! All that said, what’s most important to us is that our food tastes great. And you can always indulge every once in a while!

I’m in a hurry – how long is the wait?
At Pink Fish we want people to eat well – even if you’re in a hurry. So we’ve developed our very own app and web shop to allow you to make your order and pay online. You’ll know exactly when your meal is ready and simply drop by to pick it up at the counter. No lines, no hassle – and great food made fresh, just for you!
If you choose to make your order in the restaurants, we’ll go the extra mile to keep the wait as short as possible. The minute your order is ready your name will pop up on the screen. We’ll serve almost every single meal within 5 minutes!
I crave one of your meals, but don’t like one of the ingredients. Can that be fixed?
Every single Pink Fish meal is made to order. So we’re very flexible! Just have a chat with our staff, and we’ll sort it out. Or just make a note with your app or online order. No problem!

How does Pink Fish work with waste reduction
Food waste is an enormous problem world wide. At Pink Fish we go the extra mile to avoid wasting food. We have streamlined order and delivery routines to ensure our produce is not left to expire. We maximize the use of our ingredients to avoid having to waste trimmings. And not least: All our food is made to order. That means we don’t have prepared meals in our counters that have to be wasted regularly to comply with our strict quality guidelines.
Why do you use farmed salmon?
Norwegian farmed salmon is the world’s best. The rapidly growing world population needs proteins, and salmon is an amazing protein source. Did you know that a salmon gains almost a kilo weight from each kilo feed it consumes? 24% of the energy and 27% of the protein of the feed is brought to the edible parts of the fish. This is significantly more than for poultry, pork and cattle. Farmed salmon is in other words the most energy efficient animal protein available.
Plastic is an enormous problem, what do you do to reduce the amount of plastic used?
Plastic is one of the top environmental problems of the world. We’ve chosen to minimize the use of plastic in our restaurants. We use biodegradeable packaging and cutlery, and always have fresh, cold water available for all our customers. To save you the plastic bottle.
